Our mission is to offer miscarriage and bereavement support to mothers through a) support groups in person b) support groups online and c) Facilitator Training for those who want to offer in person support locally. We also cover helping mothers with pregnancy after loss. We do not support abortion and are a pro-life group; however, if you need help healing from an abortion--we do offer resources for that only. We are Christian based and pray for all our mothers.
What's in the name?
Our story begins with a mother of 4 children already. She finds out she is pregnant again and tries to tell her hubby "stork", but she starts to bleed. The short day of finding out about a pregnancy turns into days of mourning. Spot Bleeding for 40 days; this was a real baby. We wanted another one, but this was not the right time.
At first the baby was named Hope. Later on the name developed into Mary Hope Celestina. We have decided to name this ministry after our lost child to help other mothers with loss. May we meet you in God's arms one day and hold you in our hearts forever.
We are starting this ministry with just a couple of people helping out, but we hope to grow it soon.
We are just doulas and birth professionals to help you through this trying time.
